Interest Form: Unidos MN Workforce Program

Important information:

Trainings are held in person in South Minneapolis. Attendance is required, and remote or hybrid options are not available at this time.

An in-person interview is part of our selection process. After you submit your application, our team will contact you to schedule an interview.

Cohort spaces are limited, and participants are selected based on demonstrated interest, commitment, and readiness to engage in the program—not in order applications were received. If you are placed on a waitlist, we encourage you to apply for an upcoming cohort. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.


Due to the requirements of our current funding source, students must show specific documents before enrolling. Please confirm you can provide the following before signing up:

  • I-9 documentation (meaning you can legally work in the U.S.)

  • Proof of age and name from one of the following documents:

    • Driver’s license

    • Local, state, or federal government ID

    • Passport

    • Work permit or employment authorization

    • Copy of a birth certificate

    • Official school record

    • Others

  • Proof of Minnesota residency from one of the following documents:

    • Valid MN ID, MN driver’s license, or tribal ID

    • Another set of two documents that include a photo ID AND a document with your name and MN address

  • A Social Security Number (can show a copy of your social security card, or other documentation)
