Saint Paul's Ward 4 council seat is up for a special election on August 12, and there's a lot at stake.

Saint Paul residents are already paying the price of climate change through:

• Unaffordable homeowner's insurance

• Unhealthy air quality indoors and outside.

This year, the City Council will make big decisions about funding for home upgrades that lower energy bills, negotiating a new contract with our utility company, and revising Saint Paul’s Climate Action and Resilience Plan.
